New staff every 6 months. Can't try on wigs and can't return them .. just bought 2 wigs and they are horrible
If i could leave zero or negative stars i would. I got off work to get some hair for my appointment tomorrow but normally i order online. As soon as i walked through the door i am followed from aisle to aisle by staff. Then the Asian lady came down the side aisle and the other staff coming behind mind you the same one that eyed me coming through the door and following me on every aisle. One thing i will not do is get bad business and buy there too. I am not going to buy hair and be harassed too. This was and awful experience... read more
