I booked a hair trial with Emily Kyle on two separate occasions, both times she completely no-showed. The first time, she mentioned there was a hair emergency at a wedding and that she’d be late, but she never showed up and didn’t follow up with a message or apology. Horrible experience. They wanted a down-payment on my services. The haircutter left the business. The second stylist borrowed money from me as another "down payment". The owners do not speak English, and would not return my money. This was my worst experience ever with a salon.
