This restaurant is truly a gem! Although it's hidden on fruitville and somewhat easy to miss I'm so happy I finally came in and wish I did sooner. The owner is a humble wonderful person who is so incredibly passionate about what she is doing and the meaning behind what Beauty of Sprouts is! The food is excellent and she is open to recommendations to add to the menu which I think is such a nice touch!
