Went in told the girl I wanted a fill. Sat down the next girl said take off ok. (My fault for not saying WHAT). She proceeded to rip my nails off then after a few minutes she said move over here. Passed me off to the next girl who proceeded to finish the ripping off of my nails. She made one bleed then put a new tip over the blood. When I went to pay the cashier told me it would be $40.00. This place is very deceptive. Their pricing does not correspond with their website or brochure in the salon because what they state after the services is completely different and a rip off. When asked to speak to a manager I had different responses from several workers. So therefore I was unsure of manager and who I had spoken too on the phone. It was my first time to use beauty nails and spa and it will definitely be the last, the disrespect and deceptiveness was ridiculous.

It was the worst nail salon I had ever been to. The little young guy I forget his name that took care of doing my nails was so rude and lazy!!!!!! I am not kidding one bit. . And my solar nails were not cheap and looked terrible!!! I will never go back again!!!!!!
