I asked for this color that was WHITE but then ended up getting a GREEN color I asked them to change it and then they yelled at me and wanted me to pay extra for them to change to a different color and no foot massage at all and I had to pay 45 dollars for this?!?!😡 I will try and post pictures

This was a terrible experience! I asked for a polish on my acrylics. I couldn’t understand their English, obviously they could not understand my request. I ended up with soaked off nails, cut my own nails, no acrylics put back on and dipped polish. When questioned about it they blamed it on me! Terrible place. Never ever go to this place! If I could give zero stars I certainly would!

Nail tech was sweet but I was hoping to get one tip on a broken nail to maintain my length. Before I knew it, she had chopped another nail off and said “short ok”. I’ve never had them this short. Quality is not up to par with what I get at home. Within 24 hours, the edges are chipping and the clear coat is peeling off. I have been getting dip manicures for years and never have any issues with chipping, etc.
