This was the very first time I’ve experienced OVERT racism. I walked in requesting a new set, and pedicure, but instead spent 2hours and 20.00 for a “take off” before leaving to cry in my car. They continually put white customers (who were walk ins) before me, and asked that I wait for a nail tech for hours that never showed up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone of color unless they are willing to be treated like a second class citizen.

Very disappointed with my experience. Before I sat down, I specifically asked if there was enough time for both a manicure and pedicure because I'm leaving for vacation this week. I was told yes. After my manicure was finished, I was informed there wasn't enough time for my pedicure. If that had been communicated from the beginning, I could have gone somewhere else. Now everywhere is closed, my time was wasted, and I leave for vacation without my pedicure. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The staff is friendly and professional. The pedicures are wonderful and relaxing.
