Extremely rude. I walked-in and there were three techs- one had a client, one was on her phone, and the third woman barely approached me and said, “we are busy, so….” It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn’t offer an appt or to come back or anything. I wouldn’t have anyway, but dang!
BEWARE THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!! Nail fungus alert! No wonder people said don’t come here! You can see the tools don’t get cleaned. The owner actually got upset when we politely asked her to change same dirty towel that she has on the table where customers place their hands day after day. The owner will curse you out thinking you can’t understand her and they do NOT do good work, and they will talk about you right to your face and laugh.
