unprofessional, smelt like cigarettes and the man doing the nails said they could do the style i asked for, then gave me a completely different color and style even after i said it’s the wrong color. the man kept going out for smoke breaks and he wasn’t wearing gloves, the nails were bulky and thick
I tried and I keep trying to support this shop because the lady used to get my eyebrows right but her attitude is so incredibly rude and unprofessional that I have made up my mind that I’m never spending any money here again. And no, she didn’t get my eyebrows together. When I noticed hairs that haven’t been waxed and asked her to get them she handed me the tweezers and told me to help her. I’m done. No thank you. Do better.
