They didn’t honor my pedicure appointment that was booked days in advance. I understand things happen, but they had an opportunity to do the right thing and chose not to. I’ve been coming here for a while. Extremely disappointed in how this played out. I have decided not to return here for services.

I recently visited this nail salon, and while my experience was okay, things took a turn when my friend came in to join me and get her nails done. The staff was incredibly rude to her, which was very disappointing. Due to this poor treatment, I will not be returning.

The first time I came to J1 I was nine months pregnant. I figured they’re were going above and beyond to be nice to the pregnant lady. I am now 8 months postpartum and finally got a chance to slip away for a mani/pedi. I got the same incredible service as last time. I cannot recommend J1 enough. Kind and talented staff. Best pedicure around!
