The lady didn’t properly clean, trim my nails, nor polish my toes how I wanted. Their nail utensils were never cleaned, she uses the same utensils on the next client! She didn’t even take her time, she rushed… She also gave me the WORST attitude ever since I walked in and politely asked her if I could have a pedicure & a manicure (i didn’t even get to have a manicure)!!! and not to mention, they don’t explain that they only take cash, so I literally had to go to the bank and drive back in order to pay… will not be returning.

it was my first time coming here (salon was close to my house) so I could get a cute manicure and pedicure before Easter Sunday… there was only one lady was working! i walked in and she gave me a death stare instead of being welcome, but i asked politely “may I have a manicure and pedicure?” she replied “pedicure?” so i said “yes, also a manicure” then she said “Carla do pedicure…” so i said “ok…” and started waiting until she was done with her recent client. i guess no employee was there to do manicures at the time I came, ... read more
