Didn't have an appointment, walked in on a Saturday morning about an hour after they were opening. They were finishing up with other customers so I didn't have more than a 5 minute wait. Was greeted by everyone there and asked what I wanted. I decided on a pedicure and I had no complaints from start to finish. They used a new pack of tools and the plastic for the foot tub.
