I really wanted to love this shop and have supported their business hundreds of times. 1. I got my nails done for the final time, in a couple of days I broke one, came as soon as they opened the next day and the only person there had the worst attitude towards me. He slopped my nail back on, the paint bubbled. And made me pay $5 for the repair. 2. On more than one occasion I have had to go back and forth with that same sassy guy about which PEDICURE I want. Everyone inside was so kind, the atmosphere was nice and the place was overall clean. I am very upset though because two of my nails already broke off after 3 days. It’s been 8 days today and I’m now missing a whole hand. I am very upset because I loved the design so much I tipped the kid $20, just for no one to even see them because my nail tech did a poor job ): It was my first time there and I’m not sure I’ll return again.

I went here today me and my daughter. It was a terrible experience for us.The young guy who did our nails needs more training. The nails on my left hand was thicker and longer than my right hand.He didn't get all the nail dust off so my nails and just polished them now they look and feel gritty smh. My daughter French tips looked very thick on certain nails smh.All I asked for was an overlay which I thought was simple and my daughter had French tips (no fake nails or acrylics ) .
