ZERO stars. Lady who sits at number 1 sucks. Gel polish missing on sides of my nails. Top coat pouring over my cuticles. Both of my middle fingers are much shorter than all my other nails. Wasn't given all the colors to choose from. Just one swatch that had mostly glitter colors. She was done with my full set in 35 minutes. Very rushed job which is hard to understand because there was nobody waiting & two other nail techs who were free as well. Not worth $48. I will never go back here & tell everyone to avoid this place.
Came here to take my lady to get her feet done she wanted the one that was 30 dollars lady’s gets done and say 45 where that come from she says the color she had is 15 dollars more well why didn’t you say that she says she don’t know last time coming here
I love the way they do nails but i sit here while multiple people just come in and they seat them in a chair to do their nails a lady came in after me we both wanted fills once the lady asked how long she had to wait they immediately got her in a chair to do her fill they really need to change the way they do things I’ve been patiently waiting only because I’ve already been here for an half an hour and I can go anywhere else smh this part of their customer service sucks
I came to store as walking and it was very very bad employees and they charge u too much for simple design too it was very bad experience and I will never come back to this store
I make appointments and come in and they then act like we never made an appointment...very disappointing went back just recently and they sit and talk about you right in your face and laugh…. they also do not care about natural short nails. They’re only there for long extravagant nails and clearly when you don’t get those, they send you to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing so you end up having a bad experience and a bad nail job.
