I’ve been coming here for a long time, but today was really disappointing. I was suddenly told my usual French tip gel with tips is $20 more, and that tips “have to be acrylic,” which has never been the case here or at other salons. I was also charged $5 extra just for filing, which has ALWAYS been A PART OF THE SERVICE, NOT and addition.. She also didnt even clean my nails at all or remove the dead skin nothing. I wish there was a 0-star option. They didn’t do my nails as requested even after paying $80 plus tip. When I returned two weeks later to remove the extensions, they were unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
Very expensive, but I love the way my nails turned out. They did it just as I described and really took their time to make it look nice.
Sloppy work. Would not go again
