When I say worst experience I’ve ever had I mean it don’t even bother wasting ur time and money here. I knew going into a salon it’s difficult for them to do dramatic designs so I walked in wanting a simple SHORT French tips. I came in for a gel manicure and was very disappointed with the service. The manicure itself was poorly done—dead skin around my nails was not removed, and residue was left underneath my nails. When the polish was applied, it was painted in a way that already looked grown out. Overall, the quality of work was terrible, and I will not be returning.
I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I already know most nail shops struggle with intricate designs, so I intentionally went for the most basic thing ever, a French tip on both my toes and nails. When I sat down for my pedicure, I told the tech I wanted a simple square shape, no rounded edges, because my natural toenails are already square. It was the worst they spilled nail glue in my pants and didn’t even say sorry or give me a towel and didn’t do nude like I asked or made a coat worst nail salon and when they spilled it they just went to another person
Rude staff, zero professionalism, and the worst nails I’ve ever had. Uneven, messy, and they acted like they were doing me a favor. Don’t waste your time or money — this place is a joke. For the price, the work was absolutely horrendous!
