They do not follow price lists they have , they add additional charges based on their needs. Cos when I went the lady charged me for 25, 5 dollars extra when I asked her why she is speaking non sense so I said ok then when I finished the lady that did my nails told me it was 20 ( the other one was in the restroom) so I paid 20 instead of 25. I asked for french nails and after I picked my colors and sat and then she started with my nails like during the service she said I can only do it with gel color which is a lie she just ... read more

Crazy lady over there un respectful my wife went to make her nails at 7:00 and suddenly she Shouted at her face we’re closing usually they close at 9:00 ready the common before you think to go many comment from customers are not satisfied

By far one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. I went in for a refill, and the base color wasn’t even matched properly. The final result looked nothing like what I expected, and for the price, it was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kim Tran as a nail tech. Honestly, press-ons would have looked better and cost less.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, but today was really disappointing. I was suddenly told my usual French tip gel with tips is $20 more, and that tips “have to be acrylic,” which has never been the case here or at other salons. I was also charged $5 extra just for filing, which has ALWAYS been A PART OF THE SERVICE, NOT and addition.. She also didnt even clean my nails at all or remove the dead skin nothing.
