This place is old. No frills. Maybe the worst pedicure I've ever had. My gel polish started chipping 4 days after my service.
Walked in for 2 pedicures. The smell of polish and rubbing alcohol was rather overpowering upon entry more than other salons I’ve been to. It was very busy at about 4:30pm on a Thursday with 4 techs there. They quoted an approx wait of 30 minutes, (ended up being just under an hour wait) Considering we weren’t in a hurry we decided to wait. First time I thought was maybe a fluke but even worse experience the second time. Cut corners, lazy work, rush you out whether they finished or not. Asked for a manicure with my dip and they didn’t. No cuticle care. The shape is lazy half done, asked them to fix the shape and they wouldn’t. Very uncomfortable experience. Honestly not sure why any of this is the case because you are paying for the service? But I should’ve checked the reviews before going.
I would leave 0 stars if possible. Never trimmed my cuticles, cut my nail crooked to where skin was sticking out, excessively ground my nails to remove gel polish. Paint was not smooth. Had a piece of trash under one, others didn't go to edge of nail and pinkies paintsd over onto my toe. When I pointed out the skin and irregular edges was told it was just my nail. The worse EVER! Matter of fact do not deserve a star honestly, they rushed me out their salon so fast then the lady Kim had an attitude and literally half did my nails one hand she did all the way then the next one she slopped over it and oh yeah they over price for BEGINNER WORK! Won’t see me again. If you DONT want your nails fat and looking like your 6 year old did them I wouldn’t recommend. This is crazy and cost me $60 bucks
