I walked in the first time and it was a great experience! Mr Tran is very talented. I made a future appointment…jump to future>I get an email notification of my appointment with instructions to be five minutes early and to press a button to confirm. Today I got there fifteen minutes early waited outside for about 30min and nobody ever showed up. I was stood up. Nothing says unprofessional more than that! I don’t think I will return.
I have followed Nam for 13 years of my life. He is THE most amazing and talented stylist that I've ever have had the pleasure to be graced by his hands. I've been to Studio N, every location, to his newest venture, Beauty N The Beast and I have even visited him while he was in Manhatton, NY for his week long visit.
