I went to get a coloring and came out with 80% of my hair lost. Mrs Gigi was not willing to admit to leaving the color on my hair for an hour. Her only concern was covering up my stubborn grey was her words to me. Now I have to be treated by a Doctor that she cause me. I tried to talk with her to make some kind of settlement agreement which she refused. I am Devastated Lavern Arnett.
Since the moment Gigi styled my hair, I knew that I did not want anyone else touching my hair. I have been coming to her now for over 9 years. For years I struggled to find someone that could style my hair the way that I needed. Her work on my hair is amazing and I will recommend her each time.
