My experience here was satisfactory. I also want to use my platform to encourage people to discover and support Black-owned beauty supply salons in Atlanta. There are many excellent Black-owned beauty businesses that provide outstanding service and contribute greatly to the community.

Wait was entirely too long
I entered this location with my minor child to make a purchase, as we often do since we are regular paying customers. While making our final selections down one of the aisles, an item fell from the overly packed shelves. My child picked it up, and immediately we were met with loud yelling and accusatory remarks from the staff on the floor. Despite my child calmly explaining what happened, she was accused of stealing and intentionally dropping items.
