Purchased a curling iron here that literally burned my hair to the point where I have a brown streak in my hair and a chunk broke off. When I went to return it after one use and with receipt, the guy at the counter said he couldn't help because the owner wasn't in that day. He instructed me non-chalantly to come back another day when the owner was there. I explained I didn't have time to do that and he said that since it wasn't defective , he wouldn't take it back and me simply 'not liking it' didn't make it returnable. Nowh... read more
