The best salon in Bloomington!
DISRESPECTFUL awful service. Regular polish on 8/29 she put 4 thick layers. I voiced my concern(bottom coat isn't dry) on the 2 layer and the 3rd she ignored me. Had Wait 10 mins. extra. As I left on nail touched my keys and came off. She said come back Monday. I said that's ok, it's just one. I get home and all of the had indentions and folds. Gave her a $10 tip smh 8/30 I return for repolish. She coated my nails in a rush. Pull my hands with anger, didn't speak. Treated me like an inconvenience for her lack of ability. 4 ... read more

I’ve been going to BeautyMax for two years and never had a bad experience! I love how accommodating they are and will stay open if you get there before they close. The hot stone pedicure is amazing! And Tina was lovely 🥰
First of all the first color she chose for my nails was completely see through. You could still see my actual nail underneath the acrylic so I asked her to change the color with the new color I asked her to do three coats. When it was time to do the tips I showed her a picture and asked her to make them look like the picture, but I kept getting told “that’s the best I can do” when they looked nothing like what I asked for.
