i’ve shopped here on multiple occasions over the years with no issues until today. I bought a drawstring ponytail last night (20 minutes before closing) and returned to the store at lunch to see if i’d be able to exchange or return since their store policy on the receipt only states, “ we only accept braid hair returns or exchanges within seven days with a receipt we don’t accept returns or exchanges any sale items and wigs”. Rude… Just brought my service animal and lady at the front doesn’t allow them(he was in my arms)… won’t be coming here again due to how i was told he’s wasn’t allowed in store… It’s not what you say it’s how you say it
This was my first time coming to this store. I went to the desk to ask for help and both ladies looked at me and kept talking like I wasn't there. I said excuse me and then one lady half turned around and said "yes". The other lady still looking like she had an attitude. If I wasn't in bad need of the items I really needed I would have walked out and not spend a dime in there. You can rest assured I will never step foot back in that place.
