i used to live in Frederick (3years ago)when I was here. I used to hate ppl who work this store so I stoped shopping there and I moved to NC and came back Frederick 6months ago.the owner been changed. they very nice ppl !!now I luv to shopping in there:)

Beauty Max Beauty Max gets a thumbs-up rating! For a few weeks, I've noticed my hair was shedding. I waited to see if things would improve before I took my1 hour and 30 mins hair-care travel to either the one store that carried my preferred products or make a hair appointment at my salon. Don't bother! If you enjoy being treated badly, go to this store immediately. The people working in the store are so focused on watching anyone that comes into the store that there is zero customer service. If you do ask a question, be prepared to be treated rudely. The staff members seem very ill at ease with their clientele and do nothing to foster your business. They will also make assumptions about what they think you can afford.
