Beauty Masters Customer Service is extremely horrible!!!! The manager (Mamaduw) is very unfair and does NOT VALUE his customers! He told me that he would exchange curlers that I purchased which does not work anymore. It’s been 27 days since I purchased the curlers. When I brought the curls in he would not exchange the curls bc I do not have a the original box! I had to wait over 30 mins. to speak with him. Once he finally came out he stated he was on break!!! Please do not support Beauty Master at Camp Creek!!!!!
RecommendedI love this store you can find everything you looking for at a nice price. I shopped there when I lived in Atlanta and I still shop there when I come back to Atlanta. I get my hair and supplies for my head and ship it to my house.
Large selection of hair, so many colors and styles to choose from!!! Also finally found a foundation that matches my skin tone, the Moria brand is everything.
There is very poor customer service and the wig section I would never go back there to shop I feel like they was very racist towards me and I was not happy with their customer service

Worst customer service and I refuse to shop there. I have long natural hair so I have not use to purchasing weave. My stylist went and put the hair on reserve for me to pick up the next day. I went and they were unable to locate the hair that was put aside for me. Then, made it seem like it was my fault since I did not know about the hair. I immediately called my stylist and told her to pick a different place.
I think it's a great place to purchase hair products. However i don't like the return policies due to me being a customer and customers are always right!
