I was really disappointed with my visit to this salon. The place was extremely dirty — the floors, stations, and equipment didn’t look like they had been cleaned in a while, which made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. On top of that, they didn’t seem to know their exact pricing; the staff were guessing the final amount, which felt very unprofessional. My experience was very bad.I got my face waxing and pedicure done last Saturday. The face waxing was so bad that even after one week my face skin has not healed of scales and marks. The pedicure was also not great. The technicians were nice but inexperienced, I think they were new and interns. The place was also untidy and cleanliness left much to be desired.Any way I suggest before any one ventures there you should check out the place first because one deserves quality for the services we pay. I recently visited beauty mark salon and spa and had a great experience. Everyone is really nice and friendly. Thank you for the excellent service in every aspect. 100/100
