My overall experience would be a zero if I could rate them. I stopped on my way home from work and arrived at 7:50pm, the Hispanic guy at the door was rude and told me they were closed. Young Chinese male, seemed lazy I asked where the human wigs are he didn’t help me at all. I needed help. He pointed me to aisle 3 where a Mexican guy was at. I got a weird vibe. They don’t really help you here. I’ve worked at Sally’s beauty supply you do better going there

This has been my go to beauty supply store for a very long time now since I’ve moved on this side of town but idk what has gotten into old people being entitled to being rude to the customers who regularly spend money with them but it has gotten out of hand and I never disrespect my elders but today that old man got that cus it’s Been too many incidents im tired of those comments and remarks he be making
