I have been a happy client for more than six years now. I trust my nails to this salon, as the girls are highly professional and efficient. I like that they use up to date techniques and technologies. My nails look natural, neat, and long-lasting. I am a demanding pedicure client with challenging feet, and I should say it always stays up to par. I like the friendly atmosphere and personal approach. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment today. I originally scheduled an appointment for a manicure and nail service. On December 18, 2024, at 10:21 AM, I received a message stating, "Your appointment is Thu, Dec 19, 2024, 10:00 AM with Tatsiana Rudomina at Beauty Lounge by Trenych. See you soon, Aura Pacurar." Later that same day, at 4:31 PM, I received another message saying, "Hello, Tomorrow you have an appointment with Tatiana for your manicure at 10 PM.
