My appointment was originally for Friday. Friday morning I received a phone call where they had told me the nail tech couldn’t come in that day. After a little bit of back and forth they had me move my appointment twice. I ended up coming 2 days later. I was disappointed but I was understanding. The day of my appointment comes. *Update almost 5 years later* They continue to be a 5 star business. I have been getting my nail services here for about 5 yeats now, and I will not do anywhere else as long as they are in business. Very clean, and professional. Even when you have a preferred manicurist, the reality is that no matter who does your nails, the nails are always perfect, quality and durable. Alina is the best nail tech, hands down. I’ve been coming to her for years now and I refuse to go to anyone else. My nails are flawless every single time, never once anything less. They last beautifully and still look exactly how they should even when I’m very overdue for my next appointment, despite everything my hands go through. Do not recommend. If you come for French manicure they will tell you they don’t have time bc they don’t want to do it. Super rushed service. They only worry about getting you in and out and charging you the highest amount they can. Other manicurists will spend 2 hours plus on Russian manicure this place only 1 hour for long nails. Just avoid and go anywhere else but here.
I feel like my tech was inexperienced so I felt bad, but I’m disappointed with how my nails came out. They feel lumpy and were not reshaped or cut well at all . only booking the “pro” techs from now on…
