Overpriced for a pedicure and if you ask for acrylic they use nail tips which breaks your nail. There was flies flying around as well

I was told I had to make an appointment for a full face wax by collette, so i did and then received a text message confirming my appointment then I received a phone call asking if I could switch it to 5 I said no when I got there at 4 o’clock. They said they don’t do appointments for waxing when they clearly made my appointment and I received a text to confirm it. WASTE OF MY TIME when i’ve been a loyal customer for years never will i go there again

Came here to get mani/pedi the day before my wedding. Worst job ever. My finger nail paint CHIPPED on multiple nails. I didn't even do any activity that would have resulted in chipping. Toe nails were not properly coated and the color looked uneven. So sad, I expected before work due to location.

Price for services do not match the customer experience. After paying, I realized that I was charged a higher price for pedicure. Also, Voters should petition to have on ballot for companies NOT be have ability to charge customers a fee for credit card use within specific circumstances.

Kenny is professional, skilled and very meticulous. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Clean environment and welcoming staff
