I booked an appointment through Yelp because I specifically wanted to be serviced by a particular nail technician and needed to be done on time for other errands. I arrived promptly, but things quickly went downhill. Lisa, the nail tech I chose, approached me, but I didn’t recognize her because she always wears a mask. I’ll attempt not to write reckless and get straight to the point! I was very disappointed with my recent service in this establishment, the nail tech butchered my toe please see the pictures below. This place has NO refund(s) policy, I’ll definitely will not be sending them any business nor returning to this place in the future.
