Very Unprofessional Atmosphere…I had set up an appointment with Brisa over the phone for haircuts for my daughter and I. When we showed up she said that I had only made an appointment for 1 haircut, and that she couldn’t do another one because, and I quote”she had somewhere to be” Which was fine I asked if maybe someone else could do my daughters haircut..and she said she could ask the other girls. Zaira cut my hair and for background I had cut my own hair and bleached it and had a yellow, spotty, chopped up mess. My hair looked like I fell in bleach then I weed wacked my hair. She somehow through what I could only think is magic, pixie dust and a giant heaping of talent. She took that and made my hair beautiful. Silky, even, it somehow looks longer even though she cut it and it's a gorgeous lavender. I've never had my hair look this good. UPDATE: The salon asked me to message them in regards to my hair, and it’s been more than a month I was left high and dry with no response back. Thankfully a friend of mine fixed it Very sad and disappointed with my experience here. I booked with Brianda Cruz, had a hair consultation first and left feeling confident and excited for my appointment.
