I’ve been seeing Lay for almost six months and couldn’t be happier. I was nervous to switch stylists after going to the same place for years, but it was the best decision. She’s incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and takes the time to ask thoughtful questions and make small tweaks so everything feels tailored to me. Before Lay, my salon experiences felt a little hit-or-miss, but now I consistently leave feeling so good about my hair. I’m so glad I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Lay is amazing. I came in to have my hair colored, including highlights, and the following day realized I wanted the color darkened a bit. Even with a tight and busy schedule, Lay was communicative, patient, and made sure to accommodate me. We went back and forth to get the color just right, and she truly delivered. I’m very happy with the final outcome and genuinely appreciate the care, flexibility, and dedication she showed to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Lay and will definitely be returning.

Lay has been such an incredible hair stylist for many years. I have done Bethesda blonde, complete white blonde, the dark chop, and long rapunzel hair extensions, and every time it looks stunning. She truly cares about making your hair look good while staying healthy and not compromising the integrity of your hair. Lay is an exceptional stylist! I discovered her through the IBE website while searching for a certified extension specialist, and her impressive credentials stood out right away. She delivered exactly the look I was hoping for while prioritizing the health of my scalp and hair, something that’s especially important to me given how fine my hair is.
