I first found Beauty LAB over 4 years ago when I was passing through the MD area and only had a few days in town. I had such an amazing first experience with Lanisha that I decided immediately that I would return. Since then, I will continue to brave the 40-minute commute from my home to come to Beauty LAB.
My mother and I came in for the eyebrow mapping and waxing service the other day. The specialist seemed unwelcoming and dry. I showed several reference photos of my eyebrows in the desired shape from a few months prior. She began “mapping” with a popsicle stick and a marker/pencil, while I expected her to use a mapping string or pre-inked thread to do so. Great costumer service and amazing quality of work. This is literally the only place i will go to for my waxing services, every esthetician is great. :) and Mark at the front desk is literally the best!
