I came in and bought two packs of hair, but the employee was focused on another customer and never gave me a receipt. Less than 24 hours later, with the hair still unopened and in the original bag, I called to ask about a refund, but he refused and asked for a receipt he never provided. When I went back on 3/12 to exchange the hair, he told me I had to remove my review first before he would process the exchange, which was very unprofessional. I came in 2 mornings ago and bought two packs of hair, and the employee was so focused on another customer that I had to ask him to ring me up—and he didn't give me a receipt.
