I have been to this salon twice and seen Samantha. Both times I have been amazed at the skill and talent Samantha has. She is so kind, professional, compassionate, understanding and patient. I have a handicap and she never makes me feel uncomfortable because of it. Her hair wash massages are the absolute best and actually healed my sinus issues I went in with! I've been to every barber shop and hair salon in Roanoke, this is the best choice by an infinite margin. Their standards for their stylist are INTENSE, it honestly doesn't make sense that their prices are so low.
