I loved Sonia so much I just made another appointment. I felt super welcomed and comfortable. She is so friendly and kind. I really appreciate her.
Sonia is fast and amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend her for your waxing (from face to leg). I had never experienced threading before and it was a very positive one for me. Sonia preps your skin before waxing and after as well as provides instructions for post waxing. Sonia uses the highest quality products and 2 days post was I have not had any bruising, redness, bumps or anything. From 1-5 stars, she is a 10!
It was my first time ever getting professionally waxed and I was super nervous but Sonia was so kind and professional. She has a very friendly and calm demeanor that helps ease any anxiety. I’m going to recommend her to my family and friends!
I’m sad to see all of these fake 1 star reviews left on Sonia’s page. I’ve been a client of Sonia’s for 3 years. I first came to her when I moved to Merced to attend university. I was immediately greeted with a hug and a smile. In the 3 years I’ve known her, she has never once messed up my eyebrows or done anything less than an amazing job. Sonia loves her job and it reflects in the work she does. She has an amazing heart and treats every client like family. I will continue to be a loyal client and support local businesses.
If I could leave no stars I WOULD! This place is horrible and so is their service. I told the worker exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and they are completely UNEVEN! I told her that they are uneven AND not what I asked and she proceeded to say they are perfect! I’ve been here plenty of times and not once has she made a comment on my facial hair and she had the audacity to also make that rude comment on TOP of me telling her that my eyebrows are not what I asked, uneven with completely different arches.
