BIS was definitely one of the Best Companies I’ve ever worked with. I absolutely Love the Owner. She’s been a real blessing. Always went above and beyond if there was anything that we needed. It was such a pleasure working with my suite mates. BIS makes you feel like family! The location is very convenient, close to downtown and the HBCU’s, it’s safe and secure, there is also a parking garage for clientele! I miss everyone already. This is my first time renting a suite and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love the modern aesthetic of the place and the location is perfect. The owner Jemella is so responsive to any questions or concerns I have and goes above her call of duty to ensure her renters are accommodated. She maintains the place well it’s always clean. I love it here
