I love this florist! They've been there for a while and I've used them repeatedly over the years, with my most recent purchase being a beautiful bouquet for my stepmother, as she had just gotten out of the hospital after receiving a stage 4 ovarian cancer diagnosis. My stepmom loved the bouquet, it was quickly put together (i was a walk in), and the customer service was flawless. The owner/main florist is very friendly and made sure I was happy with the arrangement before I left. Im a lifetime customer!
I ordered my bridal bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere for our wedding day, on July 26 and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality. My bouquet had several flowers with tips that looked dead, and I had to remove some before using it. It also had flowers that hadn’t bloomed yet! The boutonniere was simply a few flowers placed together without anything to properly secure or hold them in place. They scammed me and my friend he order flowers for me for prom and they never arrived he tried to call the number and it was not is serves. this is a complete scam. Don't buy from them. He Oder them a month is advice too so this is a scam.
