Went to get my hair done there I asked the lady named Veronica, who did my hair, if she knew how to do a balayage she stated yes. All she did was bleach my hair and left the roots in untouched. Now my hair looks like blonde with me letting my roots grow she clearly does not know how to do a balayage.
