I really love this place.. very kind and helpful people..I have never had experience such beautiful experience they work well with disabled people.I highly recommend this place
-5 stars Experience I dont mind paying more but 15 usd plus tip for a half baked hair cut is a joke. The first touch from her shows she is not fit for handling hair cut without any supervision. Does she really have a hair license ? She struggles to hold the scissor, comb,and hair razor when trimming and cutting. Please keep in mind that my request is to maintain my hair with a simple shortening not a complete hair cut or design. Please retrain her! She is the one opened store today wed morning.
I came in because of the great reviews but I left really dissatisfied. I was requesting a balayage with my dark brown hair with blonde. I came out with a full head of highlights and light brown hair. As soon as Kimberly sat me back after washing my hair I knew it was nothing like the pictures I had shown her. She was adamant that she did what I had asked for and would not budge. Men hair is $20! Just cut only. It was like $14 six or so months ago. She messed up only of my sideburns. This is probably my last time get a hair cut here. Too expensive. ** respond to owner ** It was haircut only & she charged me $20. Paid her $20 cash + $2 cash tip. Based on what you said, I was gouged. Sorry, I have to downgrade from a 2-star review to 1-star for being dishonest service.
It’s my first time to actually go to salons and I was very nervous on what to say. Sylvia is very nice, she did my hair and everything. She gives you suggestions and answers your questions if ever; very approachable. The other girls are nice as well. I’ll come back by sunday for nails. Definitely worth to come. You can book for an appointment, but you can just do walk-ins if you’re busy.
