I am a 15 year + hair stylist, this beauty supply prices are so high and the customer service horrible, if you buy something you cannot exchange it or get a refund , I had a blow dryer I bought 12/23/23 brought back 12/30/23 because family bought me a better hairdryer for Christmas and all pieces in box and they would not take it back because it wasn’t wrapped in plastic lol, also called to see if I could bring it back as well and they said it was ok and when I bought it it wasn’t wrapped in plastic they’re horrible they’re ... read more
