I called this evening for a manicure and pedicure. I was told they couldn’t do both. So I choose a manicure as I’m missing a fingernail. I was asked to come at 6:45 but then told 6:30. I showed up 5 minutes early. Was placed in a seat to soak my feet. I sat for 35 minutes waiting as Vivian was taking a client who had an appointment for 5:30 but showed up 45 minutes late for her appointment. Okay that’s fine. Vivian apologized for the incident.
