The most unprofessional customer service experience I've ever had. The person answering the phone did not seem to understand basic nail terminology or simple English, became frustrated during the conversation, hung up, and then called back only to make inappropriate personal comments. Though it appears that the turnover is pretty high, the technicians have all been very skilled and done a beautiful job. If ever there were any issues, chipping too soon after the manicure is done, (I like square nails with rounded corners) realizing the corners are a little too sharp, they repair them free of charge, even up to a couple of days after. I went with my Neice to Beauty & fresh salon since she instead me to get a manicure for Mother's Day. Really bad service and rude staff. As a senior citizen I always avoid nail salons but gave it a try. I regret . I do not recommend. Save your money
