Seems like a small family owned business. Support small businesses!!! Random people can go in to buy stuff; you don't need a business/license to make purchases with them. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews, this place must be a hidden supply gem :) They are nice to me :) I don't normally buy nail stuff but the prices seem good!
