Pleaseeee do not buy any hair or wigs from here! The quality of the human hair that is advertised is almost like synthetic, which is why they offer no exchanges or refunds, because they are aware of how bad it is. Don’t be like me and make that mistake. I purchased a wig 5 days ago and the hair is shedding and the ends are drying up which is a clear indication of synthetic blend. I didn’t put any products on the hair. It’s just naturally bad quality hair.
This is the best place to get you Beaty products. I love the customer services, they are great, Omar and Paula are amazing. Thank you for everything you do!
The hair is horrible. Even after trying to settle with the store about exchange or refund. I spent 400$ for some hair that barely lasted a month.They refuse , knowing how brittle, dry, and excessive amount of shedding it had within 1-2 month of having the hair. They acknowledged the fact that the hair was apart of a “bad batch” and refused to do anything about it.
