I’ve been coming here for about a year and initially had good experiences, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Over time, the quality of the eyebrow threading became inconsistent, and my most recent visits left my eyebrows noticeably uneven. During my appointments, I raised concerns about certain areas being over-threaded, but I was told the hair does not grow there. I came in for threading after neglecting my eyebrows for too long and the technician was incredibly delicate and efficient. The studio was very clean and she replaced the thread many times to maintain sanitation. I’m so used to walking out of the salon with teary eyes and very sensitive skin but there was minimal redness! So thankful I found this place on a whim. Highly recommend.
