Absolutely unacceptable. I called ahead asking specifically about ARRIA brand neon pink slouch socks. The associate(young lady) confidently told me they had them. I drove 40 minutes only to find out they don’t carry the color OR the brand at all. That’s not just bad service that’s lazy and careless. If your employees can’t be bothered to actually check, then don’t mislead customers and waste their time and gas. This location clearly needs better training and accountability.
