On my first visit I left a bit disappointed, with cute nails yes, but far from anything I showed or told my technician. I came back because the work was good and the staff was nice in general. AVOID THIS SALON! I’ve now had three confirmed appointments at this salon — all booked well in advance — and each one was cancelled the morning of with no call, no apology, and no offer to rebook the same day. This is incredibly disappointing and feels like a pattern of prioritizing other customers over ClassPass users. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s a complete lack of professionalism.
