My first time at the spa, and I absolutely loved the vibe! The customer service was top-notch. Majorie was amazing, especially when she helped me with my callus removal. She was so sweet and attentive from the start to the end.
I went to check out Essence based on my wife's recommendation. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as pleasant. I will never go on a Friday. Completely over crowded over booked. They were on time with my appointment. They did a great job on my spa pedicure. But that's where my experienced changed. After finishing the pedicure they Completely forgot that I was getting a manicure, even though I registered at the kiosk when I entered.
