I had a very disappointing experience today at Salon Essence Spa. My appointment was scheduled for 5 PM, and I arrived at 4:45 PM. As soon as I walked in, there was an extremely strong chemical and paint smell throughout the salon. My eyes immediately started watering, and I asked one of the staff members for a mask, which she kindly provided—but even with the mask on, the smell was still overwhelming. This place is very clean.. Always greeted with a smile.. I always go to Amy for waxing, she's excellent at what she does. Amy cares about her customers and it shows that she really enjoys her profession.
