I have been going here for over a year, with no problems. The owner is nice, and she does my eyebrows to perfection all the time. She introduced me to waxing. I got comfortable and it was great - pain free. Couple weeks ago, I had my first Brazilian done, as well as a leg wax. The procedure was done by another worker, not the owner and I wish I never went. WORST SALON IN OLL OF MARKHAM . I AM LOST FOR WORDS. THEY R SUCH RIP OFF NEVER GOING 2 GO BAK DER AGAIN.
Horrible service. Very few staff and too expensive. The room was extremely small and they were charging min $100 for BASIC facial. How ridiculous. Woman talks waaay too much and doesn't focus on what she's supposed to do. Lady kept walking away during facial to assist other clients since there was such a shortage of staff members. I will never go here again.
I had a very soothing and excellent experience, I just finished Chemo in December and gained 20 lbs on medication, as I entered, everyone was so nice, took time to gather my info and made me feel at ease.The body scrub was great, your body feels refreshed and the massage was fantastic, very experienced personnel, worked out all my problem areas and took her time.
