I’ve been going to this store for years and today when I walked inside their merchandise sensor went off as I walked through. They made me take off my personal bag to hand over and hand over to be scanned. I JUST WALKED IN THE STORE. Unnecessary and poor judgment on the managers part. I repeated myself several times as they knew I had just walked into the store. No consideration given. I will not be retuning and going to Jenny’s down the street instead. Just dumb and unnecessary.
Huge selection
They treat you like a possible criminal as soon as you walk in the door. Black people are there target demographic so I don’t understand the treatment. Wouldn’t even let me hold the human hair as if they thought I was gonna run out with it, and when my dad and I tried to pay with my moms card they wouldn’t let me since the name on my ID and the name on the credit card didn’t match despite us having the SAME LAST NAME.
