Everything you need but the lady will walk behind you non stop as if you about to steal! And when I touched the hair on a wig she said "DO NOT TOUCH ONLY LOOK" to me the material of the hair and how it feel is important but I guess I cant touch

Terrible customer service. I live close so I would come here all the time but I’m disappointed with the way they’re treating customers now. I’ve had friends tell me how they were accused of stealing, and from my own experience they’ve given me the wrong change twice, the second time I was missing $20. The last time I went the cashier had such a bad attitude I decided to finish my shopping at another beauty supply. I recommend queens hair & beauty supply in Renton

My girlfriend went into this store today and was verbally abused and racially profiled. The older Asian lady that works here, not only accused her of stealing, but called the police and essentially held her captive, FOR NO REASON. She has been a customer here for years, left payment at the register, sent customers to this establishment (she works in hair) and her biggest crime, holding extensions next to her head. Horrible customer service, do not shop here.

I am giving it four stars because several times that I have gone in there, a worker named Jenny Has been very helpful. Every time I was looking for something she was nice and went the extra mile to see if the store had it or to even find out if she knew the next time they would have an item.
